Erika Rivera Kennedy in the community
Erika Rivera Kennedy is currently the host of Enterate Minnesota, a radio show and podcast on Minnesota Latin Radio. She currently works at Carver County Public Health Specialized. She is also a board member for the River Valley Health Clinics, a Rotarian member, Lions Club member, and Chamber of Commerce member. Erika also is part of Latino Health Affairs for the State of Minnesota.

Her Goal is to create better communities for people of color in America by removing the victim mentality and helping people thrive by assisting them to gain better skills, cultural competency, and emotional intelligence.

Erika immigrated to America more than 25 years ago and has continued to be an active member of the community for social change. She has four children, three boys and a girl. Her background is in Organizational Leadership and Public Health, Today, Erika worked as a community health worker, Health Coach, Advocate, Interpreter, and Educator.
